• Your Consultant is NOT targeted on how many candidate registrations, interviews and sales calls take place each week… therefore any activity is conducted specifically on your behalf and in line with what you’re looking for.
  • Your Consultant will meet with you (or do a Skype interview if necessary) in order to get to know you and understand exactly where you’re at and what you want…. and you won’t be called about Telesales jobs! (Unless that’s what you want of course!)
  • Your Consultant will be accessible – there’s nothing worse than chasing your Consultant again and again, only to be told “they’re in a meeting”. (We’re often out networking… meeting your potential new employers… but you’re important and you’ll get a call back as soon as possible!)
  • Your Consultant will work on your behalf in order to find you the right opportunity – you can expect an honest, open relationship… but of course that’s reciprocal!
  • We will advise you on how to present your CV in the best possible way – maximising on you getting that interview. We also encourage an Interview Preparation session where we’ll make sure you know your stuff and are all set to secure that role.
